You can send us back any items that don't satisfy you within 7 days after delivery to get you money back.

You have to follow the procedure here under :

1) Warn-us !

Connect you to your account and click "Return". Note the reason why you want to return the item (not corresponding, defect, don't like...)

You can also send an email, fill in the contact form or call us.

2) Prepare the box

The item have to be new (not wash, not worn), return with the original tag, in the original wrap and with the invoice or delivery note.

3) Send the box

The box has to be set within the 7 days following the reception date (poste stamp certify) at this address :

You can also take you box to our store within the 7 days.

4) Refund

If your item is valid (mainly delay and quality respected), you will be refund within 4 weeks after the return. The refund might be faster. 

The delivery cost will not be refund. Neither the custom or local taxes.

5) Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you first have to follow the return procedure above, then make a new order.
